Everyone can make a difference for Tibet. Whether you have a lot or a little time, there are countless ways you can take action yourself to raise awareness about the situation in Tibet and contribute to positive change.

There are many ways you can draw attention to Tibet in your daily life. Here are some suggestions:

Tell family, friends and colleagues about the situation in Tibet. Personal conversations are a powerful way to raise awareness.

Share posts about Tibet on your social media channels. Use hashtags such as #FreeTibet, #StandWithTibet and #TibetSupport to increase your reach.

Write Letters

Write letters to politicians, newspapers or companies doing business with China. Draw attention to human rights violations in Tibet.

Conscious Consumption

Pay attention to where products come from and support companies that respect human rights. Where possible, avoid products made in Tibet under Chinese occupation.

At School or Work

Organise a presentation, film screening or discussion about Tibet at your school, university or workplace.

Cultural Connection

Learn more about Tibetan culture, philosophy and religion. Attend Tibetan cultural events and share your experiences.

We are happy to discuss the possibilities with you. We charge a fee for expenses for lectures, but if resources are limited we can always look for a suitable solution.
